SaintsX comes with remapped controls for a more modern experience. Using mouselook is recommended. Most controls are the same from the retail game, but some have changed:

  • Fly Mode: (0)
  • Move: (WASD)
  • Jump: (Spacebar)
  • Crouch: (C)
  • Scrolls: (Z)
  • Use Item: (U)
  • Drop Item: (P)
  • Push: (F)
  • Fix Floating / Collision: (G)
  • Skip Level: (CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + J)

Debug Commands⌗

  • Enable Debug Mode with (CTRL + ALT + C)
  • Most doors and barriers will open without the needed keys/etc
  • Once in Debug Mode, you gain access to additional commands:
    • Grant Health and Armor: (B)
    • Turn off Enemies: (H)
    • Toggle rapid-fire on equipped weapon (R)
    • Teleport to different areas (ALT + SHIFT + 9)
      • Note: Only available in the Apathy and Legalism levels
    • Show level ending (ALT + SHIFT + 5)
    • Grant Sword Blaster (ALT + 2)
    • Grand Sword Launcher (ALT + 3)
    • Show variables: (V)
    • Show debug panel: (T)
      • FPS, Average FPS, TIME_CORR (1 = 16fps), MAX_DIST, maxClipDist, maxNexus, ACTIVE_NEXUS
    • Record enemy state changes (M)
      • Press (M) once to start recording, then (M) to stop and write an ENEMY.TXT file.
